Independent Strategy, Operations, and Transformation Consultant

My career spans global consulting, corporate strategy, startup leadership, cross-sector innovation, and research.

I spent six years at Bain & Company, rising to Associate Partner and advising global clients, primarily in the consumer goods sector. I later held leadership roles in strategy and digital transformation at PepsiCo Latin America.

I have also operated in executive leadership roles, including VP of Innovation, Learning & Strategy at Tent Partnership for Refugees, a global organization enabling refugee hiring across multiple countries, and CEO of Dalia, a Mexican education technology startup focused on women’s professional development. Earlier in my career, I worked as a research analyst at CAF, the Development Bank of Latin America, grounding my approach in economic and policy rigor. 

Across these environments, my focus has remained constant: disciplined decision-making under constraints. My first strategy project, municipal waste collection in Petare, Caracas, shaped my belief that clarity matters most where complexity is real.

MBA from The Wharton School, with a major in Strategy, and a BA in Economics from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
